9to5Mac identifies the third developer seed on December 3. Its detailed notes survive in an iPhonote article and a separate iPhone-Ticker user transcript; the latter's community origin is retained explicitly in the source metadata.[1][2][3]

Those copies support selected iCloud, Chinese-input, Thai-layout, and UIKit records. Separate hands-on coverage supplies the seed's setup, localization, advertising-reset, voice-dial, and iTunes cellular observations.[4][5][6][7][8]
